The effectiveness of being able like I said to distribute this through all my team right, to be able to page our doctors to make a phone call to get that information out to him has made a world of difference.”

Everything that comes in through Clarus is time-stamped and documented so I can take that transcription, print it off put it in my patient’s chart just like it’s part of the note. I can see what service was provided, what was called in for the patient, the time that the call was completed, and then you know any general notes a provider can put in there who dismissed the call if they transferred it to another provider. It documents all of that for me. I can see time by times timestamped step by step how this patient was taken care of.

You know, the confidentiality of it, you know, the fact that it’s a HIPAA compliant application, you know, it just has made their jobs easier and it’s one less thing to have to worry about one less thing to have to look for. They know that if their on-call, it’s coming on their Clarus app, done. It just makes it simple the instructions that that come in when the patient calls is say your name. Done. Say your date of birth done. What problem are you having? They just talk into the phone tell us what’s going on. And then that’s what sent to the provider, but it doesn’t get any easier than that. It’s the same thing. You’re going to say to a human being who may be here working, but I’m able to do it through Clarus on this application.

Yeah, the customer service care from Clarus is top-notch. I have been a 24/7 practice. I have availability to them after-hours. You know, I have weekend issues that arise, and I have one number to reach out to and there’s always a Clarus team member that’s on the end other end of the line going to make my problem go away. You know for any administrators that are looking for cost savings and efficient after-hours call service. This is the program for them. I would tell them hands down to look at Clarus. I would I wish there was other ways that I could communicate with them how wonderful this program is, you know, it has just made a world of difference in our day-to-day practice. Our monthly costs are about a third of what they were with the old system. So, it has been profitable for us.
