I think the biggest thing you know, when we started was the support that we had in the ability for Clarus to customize it to what we want. It’s made us more efficient in how our nurses process messages. We’re a busy clinic and we have probably somewhere around 400 calls coming in to one location a day. And so, I would say it probably saved us an FTE in the beginning. I know that they will work with when I need something and that’s pretty much all you can ask for out of a vendor is excellent service excellent product and excellent response in my mind.
