Clarus, originally known as E-clinic Healthcare, was founded.
2014
Born out of an innovative idea, it was time to build the after-hours platform.
2015
First customer starts using after-hours product for their pediatrics office.
2016
Doubled the internal team to support local growth in the Tennessee market.
2017
Now rebranded, Clarus moved into its office in East Nashville.
2018
Developed and launched Daytime product, allowing for 24/7 utilization.
2019
Acquired by Graham Healthcare Capital, a subsidiary of Graham Holdings (NYSE: GHC).
2020
Redesigned the Clarus Dashboard to Daytime and After-hours.
2021
Relocated to the Green Hills neighborhood of Nashville to fully support our growing team.
2022
Surpassed 10k users and 8 million patient calls per year on the Clarus platform.
Clarus was founded in 2013, and has grown to manage over 14 million calls annually for healthcare systems across the United States. In 2019, Clarus was acquired by Graham Healthcare Capital, a subsidiary of Graham Holdings Company (NYSE: GHC), formerly The Washington Post Company.

This long-term partnership allows Clarus to continually invest in technology, bringing the best solutions for communication to healthcare systems and the patients they serve.
As we’ve grown, Clarus grew with us. We had no issues onboarding additional physicians or additional providers. The app is very straightforward; there’s nothing confusing about this app whatsoever.
