Core Life exists to provide medically supervised weight loss in a one stop shop for our patients. Our goal is to have all of those services under one roof so that our patient can come to one location and get fully coordinated, integrated care to have the most successful outcomes.

Prior to Clarus, we did not have a call management system. It was simply the patient calls in if nobody was available because they were caring for other patients. The patient went into the phone system’s voicemail.

I think the trial was, was really a great way to get started for us because it’s not something that we were actively looking to do. You know, they definitely stand behind their product.

For us, one of our goals for success was can we make ourselves more efficient? Can we decrease the calls? Can we decrease the turnaround times? I’d say one of the biggest places we’ve seen savings is in team member time. On average, we have a time savings of probably an hour a day.

Our front desk team, they also just can’t say enough good things about it again, because they’re not sitting there with the phone ringing off the hook all day long.

What that’s allowed our team to do is really reprioritize other daily tasks that we’re further down the priority list because they spend so much time on the phone or with messages.

The dashboard is very user friendly, very easy to navigate. I’d say the, the learning curve is very minimal. All the staff, the front office team members, the managers, the leadership, everybody is just thrilled to have Clarus on board. It’s made a huge difference for us. It’s a great system.

It’s easy to use. I’ve been very impressed just with everything from something I didn’t even know I was looking for to what we have now. It’s kind of been, you know, pretty amazing just to, to go from there to here.

We’d never go back.
