Welcome to Clarus Care support. These articles will help you with basic Clarus Care application access. For extended support articles and tutorials, please log in to your Dashboard or App and select Help. Contact your office administrator for access to Clarus applications.
Reset your password if you are unable to remember your current Office login. Select Forgot your password? at the office login screen and follow the prompts. Check your email to complete the password change process. Your password must be at least eight characters and include lowercase, uppercase, and numbers.
Login to the Office dashboard after receiving your email invitation from the Clarus CSM and implementation team. Or enter https://office.claruscare.com into your browser. If you do not remember your password, you can find help here.
If you don’t know your password, click Forgot Password? in the app. If you don’t have the app installed, follow these instructions. Then enter the phone number for the phone that you want the app installed on. A code will be sent to the phone. Enter the email login that was provided by your office…
Install the app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. Log in with the credentials provided by your office administrator. Forgot your password? Reset it.
