Release Notes:

Copy and Paste

We have added the functionality to copy an event from one day to another or from one calendar to another within the same partner. Watch a full tutorial in the video below.
  • Right click on an event on the calendar and select copy.
  • Double click on the day you would like to paste this event (within the same calendar or on a different calendar if your location has multiple).
  • To clear the clipboard click copied next to the new event button at the top of the calendar or select a new event to copy.

Other User Functionality Updates

  • Users can now start typing the name of the provider to easily select the provider.
  • To remove a provider, users can click on the provider’s name in the editing event window to clear the selected provider.
  • In the editing event window, the provider’s full name shows.
  • Mobile device dashboard view has been improved for user functionality.

Release Notes:

Messages delivered prior to transcription completion will say “Play Name,” “Play DOB,” and “Play Message” to signal to providers the audio recording of the caller is always available.

  • Play Buttons to hear the call’s recorded audio have all been moved to the left hand side of the call detail screen.
  • Speed improvements to the entire app interface.
  • PIN Timeout period has been extended.
  • The version of the Clarus app currently downloaded on your device will be shown on the app sign-in page.
  • Login page improvements.
  • Fixed bugs that could lead to minor app crashes.
  • Choosing “Forgot PIN” will re-direct to the login page.

Release Notes:

  • Ability to filter by provider. You will see the calls that provider took care of as well as their patients that called.
  • Notes will display on the Calls main page under the call information.
  • Current time will be shown on the calendar in a week or day view.
  • The plus button in calendar to manually add events has been changed to say “New Event.”
  • When selecting a calendar from the Overview page, it will automatically collapse and show the provider list.
    • To navigate between calendars, click the drop down menu.
  • If a new call has been logged when the dashboard is open, the total count of calls will have a blinking red dot underneath.
    • To remove the dot, click on the dot or click into each new call individually.

  • Color adjustments for easier view of the call calendars
  • Typography and event format have been improved for easier viewing
  • Things to know:
    • If an event expands to the next day, but is less than 24 hours, a sun and moon icon displays as well as the start and end days
    • If an event is 24+ hours, the event will expand to the next day and will display the start and end days
    • Events expanding into Sunday previously reflected a 12 AM break on the calendar. This has been removed and the full event will now show the start and end times
    • The practice name has been added to the calendar page 

Release Notes:

Android is having an intermittent issue with the Clarus app that can be easily corrected. Please follow the below steps to reset the Clarus app from your device’s home screen:
  • Launch device/phone settings
  • Go to Storage
  • Click Other Apps
  • Click Clarus OnCall App
  • Click Clear Storage and Clear Cache
