Reset Password

If you don’t know your password, click Forgot Password? in the app. If you don’t have the app installed, follow these instructions.

Then enter the phone number for the phone that you want the app installed on. A code will be sent to the phone.

Enter the email login that was provided by your office administrator. Use the code you just received via SMS when creating your new password. Password must be complex with a minimum of 8 characters and digits. Try something using your pets name dash friends birthday dash a verb, i.e., noah-120477-run

Hit the Reset button and then proceed to create a new PIN.

Enable FaceID (for iOS devices) to quickly unlock the app without a PIN code.
