Call Chaos in Medical Practices

Billions of calls are made to providers' offices each year. Most of the time, these calls are handled inefficiently.

During the day, office staff are overworked and overwhelmed with high call volumes and competing responsibilities. After-hours, call centers are stuck in the past and lack attention to detail and patient care.

Physician practices spend unnecessary hours every day handling calls and messages from patients. This leaves less time for practicing patient care.

An incomplete understanding of patients' needs, along with slowed response times, directly compromises the quality-of-care patients receive.

    Clarus, originally known as E-clinic Healthcare, was founded.

    2014

    Born out of an innovative idea, it was time to build the after-hours platform.

    2015

    First customer starts using Clarus' after-hours product for their pediatrics office.

    2016

    Doubled our internal team to support local growth in the Tennessee market.

    2017

    Now rebranded to Clarus, we moved into our first office in East Nashville.

    2018

    Developed and launched our Daytime product. 

  • Jul 1, 2022

    2019

    Released a new Paging feature that could be used with either After-hours or Daytime Clarus products.

  • Jul 5, 2022

    2020

    Redesigned the Clarus Dashboard for Daytime and After-hours to increase functionality and provide better user experience.

  • Jul 5, 2022

    2021

    Relocated to West Nashville in newly renovated offices to support our growing team.
